Joy Brown began her career in Real Estate 1996 as an associate with a large national franchise agency. She became an associate with Santa Rosa Associates, Inc. in 1997 when the opportunity arose she purchased the business in 2001 and began operating as Santa Rosa Realty of Northwest Florida Inc. with Beverly St. John as Broker. In December of 2007 Joy joined forces with one of the oldest franchises in America, United Country, with a heritage that dates back to 1925. She is now doing business as United Country Santa Rosa Realty. Joy Brown is a multi-million dollar producer. She is experienced in sales of residential, investment, and unimproved property, as well as property management. With her husband, she owns, raises, and trains Arabian horses. She has been blessed with five wonderful children and 8 beautiful grandchildren.
