Dennis has been in the real estate industry since 2002 when he got his appraiser’s license in Minnesota, and shortly afterwards got his real estate license. He has been around real estate and appraising his entire life. His father is a Broker/owner in the cold state along with being a state appraiser. He moved back to Florida in 2006, were he has deep family ties in the Pace/Milton area and continues his career in the real estate field. Also, Dennis is a photographer, graphic designer, and web designer. A master of all trades.
